Description

A quick, colorful stir fry with crisp vegetables and a savory soy-garlic sauce.

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Cook chicken until browned, then remove.
  3. Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce. Toss until glossy and cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot with rice or noodles.
