Homemade Lasagne Recipe
Description
A classic Italian dish made with layers of rich meat sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese.
Ingredients:
- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200g lasagne sheets
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pan, cook the minced beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the lasagne sheets, meat sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until
all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
